About the Role

The Business Finance team is a high-performing group that brings together professionals from various backgrounds.

As a Business Finance expert, you'll work closely with 50+ professionals in domains like Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management, and Taxation.

You will solve complex challenges, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to shaping key decisions that drive our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning, measurement, and control:
  • Translate business strategy into financial targets and support execution.
  • Provide relevant financial support, applying moderate budgeting and forecasting techniques.
  • Financial Modelling, analysis, and problem root causing:
  • Adapt market best practices, train teams, and build organizational capability.
  • Reference external benchmarks, review resources, and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in financial models, simulation tools, business case development, financial analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Business & Stakeholder management and Decision making:
  • Gain commitment and buy-in for strategies by demonstrating their impact.
  • Conduct organization-wide presentations to ensure alignment and generate calls to action.
  • Shape information for management with insightful perspectives and influence how business risks and opportunities are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of Business Finance experience.
  • Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance.
  • Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading a team and forming strong collaborations with stakeholders.
