Technical Sales Consultant

Job Overview:
- As a Technical Sales Consultant at Rubis Software Solutions Private Limited, you will work closely with the client's sales team to provide in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise to support pre-sales and post-sales efforts.
- You will engage with clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address their specific challenges.
- With your strong technical background and excellent communication skills, you will ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and create tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
- Act as a technical expert during client meetings to explain features, capabilities, and benefits of products or services.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to showcase product functionality and value.
- Assist in responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information), ensuring that technical aspects are accurate and compelling.
Solution Design and Consulting:
- Analyze customer requirements to design and propose technical solutions that meet their business needs.
- Work with engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.
- Offer consultative advice on best practices and implementation strategies.
Post-Sales Support:
- Ensure smooth handoff to the implementation and support teams after the sale is completed.
- Provide technical assistance during the onboarding process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for any technical queries or issues that arise post-sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and loyalty.
- Follow up with clients regularly to gather feedback, ensure product satisfaction, and identify new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conduct technical training sessions or workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of the product.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback from customers regarding product enhancements or new features.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to effectively position the company's solutions in the market.
- Share technical knowledge with sales teams and assist in developing training materials for internal use.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales consulting role, preferably within the Healthcare domain.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT Technologies - Cloud, Data Analytics, QA services and products with the ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of supporting successful sales efforts and achieving sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and develop creative solutions to client challenges.
- Customer Focus: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships and build trust.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Healthcare domain.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing consulting or implementation role.
Work Environment:
- Travel may be required to visit clients or attend industry events.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, often under tight deadlines.
