Artwork Project Manager

Are you a highly skilled project manager with experience in managing multiple design projects? Do you have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment?

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Resource Management: Assess the availability and workload of design resources, assign designers to projects based on their skills and availability, and manage resource conflicts and reallocate tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Act as the central point of contact for design project inquiries and updates, foster effective communication and collaboration between design teams and stakeholders, and follow up on all project-related matters.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow process for review of design deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, implement quality control processes to maintain consistency and excellence in design work, and continuously evaluate and refine design workflows and processes for efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience with Wrike, Asana, or Workfront project management tools.
  • Strong Skills: Strong understanding of design principles and processes, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Qualities: Leadership qualities to motivate and guide design teams, collaboration skills to foster a positive team environment, creativity in finding innovative ways to optimize design workflows, and attention to detail to spot inconsistencies or errors in design work.

  • Well-coordinated and efficiently managed design projects.
  • Established process for quality assurance and control for design deliverables.
  • Project handover from Global to Regional teams on completion.
  • Clear and effective communication between project stakeholders.

  • Creativity in finding innovative ways to optimize design workflows.
