**Job Opportunity:**

    As a senior creative strategist, you will lead the creative team in developing innovative ideas and campaigns for various brands.

    Your key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out creative duties on multiple brands from different industries, ranging from campaign planning and ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Managing a team of junior creative resources, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Working with the business development team on creative ideation and showcasing work for pitches.
  • Presenting the entire creative plan for any campaign or narrating scripts to clients on behalf of the brand.
  • Ensuring all creative work meets award-winning standards and pursuing recognition through awards.
  • Reporting to the creative lead, who will provide overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and tasks.
  • Coordinating daily with the integrated solutions team on tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Providing visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts.
  • Breaking down briefs to junior creatives for a smooth and efficient process.
  • Working on revisions based on internal or external feedback and setting realistic timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and client goals.
  • Being actively present throughout each part of the production process, from idea to final product upload.
  • Conducting in-depth research on the brand, competition, target audience, and staying up-to-date with industry developments and online trends.
