Job Title: Lead Creative Visualizer

We are seeking a skilled and talented individual to take on the role of Lead Creative Visualizer. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that meets the client's expectations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in graphic design and a strong understanding of creative principles. You will work closely with the team to conceptualize and develop innovative visual solutions that drive brand success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Content Creation: Design and create engaging visuals for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Creative Direction: Provide guidance and expertise to junior designers, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Timeline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising on creativity.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Visual Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives through visual content.
  • Brand Consistency: Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to apply them across various mediums.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Bonus Skills:

  • AI Integration: Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design workflows.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong portfolio, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
