
Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and confident individual to join our team as a Remote Phone Representative. This is a fully remote position where you will engage with warm leads, follow a simple script, and assist people in scheduling informational calls with our advisors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using our dialer, introducing our service, and assisting with scheduling appointments. You will also track call results and update statuses in the CRM system, meet daily and weekly outreach goals with support from your team lead, and participate in virtual team meetings and coaching sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using our dialer.

- Follow a step-by-step script to guide conversations.
- Track call results and update statuses in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach goals with support from your team lead.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to stay positive on calls.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with remote tools.
- Stable internet connection, electricity, and access to a computer.
- Experience in phone support, telemarketing, call center work, or similar is a plus — but not required.
