We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics AX Professional to support our enterprise application environment with a focus on data extraction, transformation and performance optimization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Understand and support all core Dynamics AX modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory Management (IM), Fixed Assets (FA) and Projects
  • Work independently to deepen knowledge of AX concepts after initial training by:
  • Debugging existing AX customizations
  • Tracing business logic in X++ and SQL
  • Extracting and transforming data from Microsoft SQL Server
  • Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for reporting and migration
  • Performing pre- and post-validation to ensure data quality
  • Creating documentation for SQL processes data mappings and validation steps

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science information technology or related field
  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later)
  • Strong knowledge of X++ development and AX architecture
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimization
  • Experience with data migration transformation and validation
  • Ability to work in fast-paced minimal-supervision environment
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing scripts
  • Solid understanding of stored procedures triggers and functions
  • Knowledge of data conversion best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with other database systems e.g. SQL Server Oracle is a plus
  • Must be available to work during 11:30 AM IST – 8:30 PM IST
