Job Title: Enterprise Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) specialist. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that optimize asset performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the implementation and configuration of EAM systems, focusing on modules such as Maintenance Management, Asset Management, and Safety Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Customize workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs.
  • Integrate EAM systems with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and IoT platforms.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
  • Participate in upgrade and migration projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working with EAM systems in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of EAM principles and functional architecture.
  • Experience with EAM configuration tools and scripting.
  • Familiarity with integration protocols (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
