Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Consultant

 

Role Overview:

This role requires an experienced consultant with deep expertise in ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project execution across multiple modules, including Sales Order Management, Purchase Order Processing, Inventory Management, and Advanced Pricing and Preferences.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transition Planning & Execution: Design and implement JDE processes for divestiture scenarios, customer/supplier master segregation, order closure, and data handover. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
  • Sales & Distribution Expertise: Configure and support Sales Order Management, Purchase Order Processing, Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing and Preferences, intercompany transactions, returns, and transfer orders.
  • Integration & Data Migration: Lead data migration efforts for customer/supplier records and transactional history. Ensure seamless integration with Finance modules and third-party systems.
  • Documentation & Testing: Prepare AS-IS/TO-BE process documents, functional specs, test scenarios, and training materials. Conduct CRP, UAT, and post-Go-Live support.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Implement SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness. Support EDI inbound/outbound processes for different interfaces.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and other ERP systems
  • Deep knowledge of Sales Order Management, Purchase Order Processing, Inventory Management, and Advanced Pricing and Preferences
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
