Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing sales data to identify opportunities and challenges. This will involve collaborating with the business strategy team to model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for company-wide Sales, Products, New initiatives, organic and inorganic growth.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Collaborating with the management team to develop sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.
  2. Creating meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics to the sales team and management.
  3. Working closely with the sales team to ensure that all CRM tools are utilized effectively for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  4. Providing access to CRM tools to business teams and providing solutions if any issue they are facing regarding CRM tools.
  5. Providing sales data to respective sales representatives, generating reports, and supporting them as and when needed.
  6. Acting as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
  7. Ensuring that the team is updating their opportunities, leads, and pipeline stages in CRM regularly.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a sales or marketing context.
  • Proficiency in data crunching & analysis (e.g., Advanced Microsoft Excel skills).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
