Regional D&O Manager Job Opening

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. As a Regional Demand Operations Manager, you will be responsible for bridging local vendors, stakeholders, and central IT teams.

This role serves as the first point of contact for demand operations outside Pakistan, ensuring alignment with global corporate standards.

  • Liaise between local business stakeholders/vendors and central IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure local IT services are standardized under corporate control, aligning with global standards and processes.
  • Oversee procurement processes, creating and processing purchase requests/procurement orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time.
  • E nsure compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements.
  • Align regional IT setups with global standards and processes.
  • Provide troubleshooting and coordination support for non-standard applications and issues.
  • Escalate complex IT/service challenges for stakeholders.
  • Support contract management and monitor vendor performance.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance records for regional services.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management (incident, request, escalation handling).
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services.
  • Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
