Job Description

As a Civil Site Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for surveying new construction sites and assessing existing structures for upgrades. You will design and recommend improvements to CAD software drawings and schematics, perform cost estimations, and prepare project budgets.

  • Conduct site surveys to identify potential issues and develop strategies for resolution;
  • Design and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of construction processes;
  • Analyze costs and create detailed project budgets;
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and performance;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in civil engineering with 3-8 years of experience in high-rise and Mivan construction projects. Your skills should include proficiency in computerized item rate billing, quantity survey, and bar bending schedule preparation. Experience with CAD drawing software is also essential.

  • B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering;
  • 3-8 years of experience in high-rise and Mivan construction projects;
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and drawing tools;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
