Project Manager (Civil Engineer) Opportunity

Kaprel Partitions LLC, a leading provider of premium acoustic solutions, seeks a skilled Senior Civil Engineer to serve as a Project Manager in our Hyderabad office.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to lead projects from conception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning and coordination, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
  • Lead technical meetings with consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to align project requirements.
  • Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure alignment with Kaprel's standards.
  • Provide on-site technical guidance and ensure quality control.
  • Manage and mentor site teams to ensure adherence to project goals and timelines.
  • Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi and Telugu is a plus.
