The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of projects with our build partners while managing client-facing responsibilities. This includes technical discussions with consultants, architects, and clients, ensuring seamless project execution from conception to completion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with build partners to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
  • Lead technical meetings with consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to align project requirements.

Technical Oversight:

  • Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure alignment with Kaprel's standards.
  • Provide on-site technical guidance and ensure quality control.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor site teams to ensure adherence to project goals and timelines.
  • Foster collaboration between internal teams, build partners, and clients.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

We require a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or interior fit-out industry.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-focused approach.

A strong understanding of technical drawings and project coordination is essential.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is required.

The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.

A high level of proficiency in English and Hindi is necessary, with proficiency in Telugu being a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
