Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Foundry Project Coordinator to join our team at Patil Group. This role will involve leading projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on Civil engineering, MEP systems, and program management timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans that cover Civil, MEP, and specific timelines, set project scope, objectives, deliverables, and performance criteria with stakeholders, and manage detailed schedules for each workstream.
  • Timeline and Risk Management: Monitor project schedules for Civil, MEP, and equipment setup, identify potential bottlenecks and proactively mitigate risks, and adjust project schedules as needed.
  • Resource Allocation and Team Coordination: Allocate resources efficiently across teams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor resource utilization to meet project demands within budget.
  • Program Monitoring and Performance Tracking: Establish project metrics and monitor program health, conduct regular status reviews with project teams and stakeholders, and implement corrective actions to address deviations from planned performance.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Work with finance teams to ensure budget alignment and monitor and control expenses using PMP cost management techniques.
  • Quality and Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and foundry-specific requirements, conduct regular inspections and reviews, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field (Civil or Mechanical preferred).
  • Certification: PMP certification is required.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the foundry or heavy manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in PMP methodologies, strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills, excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, and collaborative with a detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
