We are seeking a highly skilled Training Program Manager to join our team.
- The Training Program Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip Teammates with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- To identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- To design, develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- To collaborate with colleagues to create a comprehensive training calendar and ensure that all Teammates have access to the training they need.
- To oversee the development of training materials, including modules, videos, and presentations.
- To train and guide new employees, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
- To track progress and provide feedback to employees and management.
