Training Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Program Manager to join our team.

  • The Training Program Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip Teammates with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • To design, develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of training programs.

  • To oversee the development of training materials, including modules, videos, and presentations.
  • To train and guide new employees, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • To track progress and provide feedback to employees and management.
