Key Responsibilities:
  • MIS & P&L Reporting: Prepare and review Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, accounting statements, and handle respective line items of Profit and Loss (P&L) reporting.
  • Drive Automation Initiatives: Identify areas for automation in MIS and reporting, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Variance Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of variances in revenue and reversals, and identify key drivers of these changes.
  • Provide Insights: Offer actionable insights to management to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Audit, Compliance & Controls: Ensure timely preparation of audit schedules, aging reports, financial disclosures, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Internal Financial Controls: Assist in implementing internal financial controls and accounting policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Accounts Receivable & Reporting: Manage accounts receivables, coordinate with stakeholders for timely collections, and prepare ageing and unbilled reports bi-weekly.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing processes and propose/implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
