Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to inform business decisions.

The primary duties of this role include:

  • Collaborating with the Director to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of analysts focused on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Developing and maintaining analytical dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Conducting variance analysis, trend analysis, and other business-focused analyses to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, data management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Domo.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
