Financial Analyst Associate Role

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong foundation in financial analysis and reporting.

This role is responsible for supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function by providing comprehensive and timely financial reports.

The incumbent will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, analyze financial data, and provide insightful recommendations to stakeholders.

This includes preparing monthly management reports, schedules, and budgets, as well as conducting ad-hoc analyses and special projects.

The selected candidate will also collaborate with other finance teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of tasks.

A minimum of B.Com/ BBA is required, with CA Inter/CMA Inter/ MBA Finance being desirable. Advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Please note that 1-3 years of corporate experience, preferably in a project or management training capacity, is preferred but not mandatory.
