Job Summary:

A Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional is required to support Finance and Business stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide management reporting to various stakeholders
  • Analyze trends of key performance indicators, focusing on financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin
  • Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of unexpected variances
  • Develop and improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts
  • Support ad-hoc business performance reporting
  • Implement additional dashboard reports and control reports as needed
  • Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a financial planning and analysis role
  • Experience in FP&A function in IT & consulting Industry handling management reporting
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years' experience post qualification
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge and hands-on experience in Automation and data analytics
  • Knowledge and experience using Power BI
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
  • Extensive knowledge on ERP system (SAP/Oracle/Sage)
