Business Systems Analyst Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial systems, revenue recognition process, and financial analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve the revenue recognition process, including creating and processing customer invoices.
  • Provide financial analytics, budgeting, and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Ensure thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and apply it to all financial transactions.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively work with associates from across departments.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with corporate teams and external partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of finance/accounting experience, specifically with experience in management reporting and analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products suite.
  • Prior experience with Oracle, SQL, Hyperion, Salesforce, and DOMO Tool is a plus.
New Finance Business Analyst Role
  • Process all transactions correctly through major ERP systems used by the company.
  • Monitor interfaces between these systems for errors and help IT and the business community resolve any data issues that occur.
  • Troubleshoot systems issues with the Oracle Support team.
