Senior Academic Manager Position

Overview:

As a Senior Academic Manager, you will oversee and manage academic operations to ensure quality delivery, efficient coordination between stakeholders, and resolve operational challenges. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks assigned to coordinators and Relationship Managers.

You will monitor daily homework distribution, address any gaps in the process, track tests conducted, and update test sheets promptly and accurately.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating the academic student database to reflect current information, collaborating with the accounts team to complete trial sheets and send fee messages to new students, and maintaining a clear overview of all students, teachers, and classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight:
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks assigned to coordinators and Relationship Managers.
    • Monitor daily homework distribution and address any gaps in the process.
    • Track tests conducted and update test sheets promptly and accurately.
  • Data Management and Coordination:
    • Maintain and update the academic student database to reflect current information.
    • Collaborate with the accounts team to complete trial sheets and send fee messages to new students.
    • Maintain a clear overview of all students, teachers, and classes.
  • Stakeholder Interaction:
    • Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by coordinators or RMs.
    • Communicate with teachers and parents to address concerns or provide updates.
  • Resource Management:
    • Share resource materials with teachers and students.
    • Procure books or materials that align with student needs.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Work closely with teachers to maintain high standards of academic delivery.
    • Monitor the overall academic experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in academic management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A proactive problem solver.
  • Familiarity with educational resources is a plus.
