Job Title: Regulatory Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Operations Specialist to fill this role.

Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions, managing system data, and supporting change activities related to messaging applications.

You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other relevant teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the operation of SWIFT and Fax messaging systems and monitor messaging applications and queue handling.
  • Maintain all system-related static data and perform related tasks.
  • Support change activities related to messaging applications when requested.
  • Handle email queries and escalate system-related issues to technical teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate with good academic records.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Prepared to work on rotational shifts and weekends as per business requirements.
