Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential students through phone calls, emails, and chat to counsel them on available online programs offered by esteemed institutions.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the student's professional background, aspirations, and challenges to provide personalized program recommendations.
  • Drive sales conversions by effectively handling objections, building rapport, and guiding students through the enrollment process.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive student experience from the initial contact to enrollment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with current campaigns and program offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through disciplined follow-up and relationship management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new programs, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and compelling information.
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions in CRM software, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in hardcore inside sales, preferably in the EdTech sector, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong counseling and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound leads and close deals efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is beneficial.
