Academic Operations Coordinator Job in Education Industry

As a key member of our team, the Academic Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing academic operations and providing critical support to faculty and course participants.

This role involves coordinating various aspects of academic programs, ensuring seamless delivery of courses, and fostering strong relationships with faculty members and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with faculty to plan and deliver sessions for multiple programs, including CCM, ODWS, OH, and VAP.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of session plans, attendance, and participant feedback.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and address operational issues, ensuring the highest quality experience for students and faculty.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, business, or administration).
