Our training programs range from OPRA exam essentials, Intern Pharmacist written exam, Intern Pharmacist oral exam, PEBC Exam and PSI Exam.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Coordinator. As an Academic Coordinator, you will be closely working with Admin team and will be responsible for Student coordination and guidance, Enrollment support, academic advising, administrative support and documentation work.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possessing exceptional communication skills as an Academic Counselor, and ability effectively manage students speaking different languages. 
  • Experience in Academic Advising
  • Management skills: Meeting assigned tasks and being proactive in a team and to possess strong team coordination skills and to be available in emergency situations.
  • Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management:  Proficient in finishing tasks on a priority basis and ensure timely submission of assigned work. To be available via call or text whenever needed by students and other staff members.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, pharmacy, or a related field.
