Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:
Mahindra Rise is seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective technical support and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse technical complaints of vehicles in the field and rectify defects in vehicles/aggregates.
- Maintain and handle internet-based warranty and ensure implementation of service processes at channel partners.
- Develop secondary channels for spare parts sales and guide channel partners for manpower/facilities/equipment optimisation.
- Ensure profitability of workshops of channel partners and manage service guarantee at the dealership.
- Monitor performance of ASCs and service camps on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical.
- 5 years and above of general experience.
Preferred Industries: Automotive, Manufacturing.
