We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to fill this role. As an International Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and support to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and manage tickets for customer inquiries and issues.
- Provide initial contact for customers before they reach our Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
- Ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
- Manage high-priority exceptions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide optimal solutions.
- Offer technical assistance and license updates to customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in voice conversations.
- Ability to communicate effectively and possess good telephone and email etiquette.
- Must hold a degree.
- Willingness to work in US time zones.
- Strong customer handling skills and ability to learn networking concepts.
