We are looking for a Quality Assurance Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in senior testing roles, shipping mobile games from start to finish, and working alongside development teams.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire others.

They will also be familiar with managing multiple on-site and external test teams, and have experience hiring, training and mentoring junior team members.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the overall quality of our games, approaching each game from the player's perspective and addressing key performance indicators (KPIs) for each product release.

You will work closely with Product Management to understand what each game's update is about, convey this information to the team and ensure all test cases are created correctly.

You will review requirements and builds from an end-user's perspective, identifying areas that need improvement and providing constructive feedback to the Product and Delivery Teams.

You will involve task execution and review the tasks done by the testing team, create test plans and documentation, and proactively manage tasks to deliver tests within given timelines.

As a Quality Assurance Leader, you will keep an eye on team member performance and development, optimize test plans by periodically reviewing productivity and weeding out inefficiencies.

You will work with Managers to estimate effort for all testing activities and ensure teams complete test phases on time.

You will collaborate with various teams (Engineering, Analysts, Delivery) in planning, prioritizing and delivering quality products and programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA stages, tools and techniques in mobile gaming, as well as knowledge of ios and Android testing.

They will also have knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and system test life cycles (STLC).

A bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably with additional certifications in Quality Assurance, is required.
