Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to drive the overall quality of our games. This role involves approaching a game from the player's perspective and addressing key performance indicators for each product release.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Work closely with Product Management to understand what each game's update is about.">
  • Convey this information to the team and ensure all test cases are created correctly.">
  • Review requirements and builds from an end-user's perspective, identifying areas for improvement.">
  • Involve task execution and review tasks completed by the testing team.">
  • Develop and maintain test plans, ensuring they align with business objectives.">
  • Proactively manage tasks and deliver tests within given timelines.">
  • Monitor team members' performance and provide feedback for growth and development.">
  • Identify opportunities to optimize test plans and improve productivity.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality products.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior testing role.">
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience shipping mobile games from start to finish in a leadership capacity.">
  • Strong understanding of QA stages, tools, and techniques in mobile gaming.">
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android testing, as well as SDLC and STLC principles.">
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.">
  • Familiarity with managing multiple on-site and external test teams.">
  • Proven experience in hiring, training, and mentoring junior team members.">
  • Experience with Test Case Management software and automation tools, particularly for Unity games.">
