We are seeking a highly skilled leader to spearhead our business in Visakhapatnam. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategies for collections of payments from drivers under our new business line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem solving.

Drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.

  • Program & Project Management

Owning end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.

Building and maintaining project plans, managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring accountability.

  • Operational Excellence

Analyzing internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implementing improvements.

Designing dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

Acting as a liaison between internal teams such as product, ops, finance, and marketing.

Preparing communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
