Job Title: Guest Service Operations Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Guest Services team, providing operational leadership and support for approximately 15 service center team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing their team, working in a fast-paced service environment, and creating a culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational leadership and support for the Guest Services team
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve business results
  • Create a culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences
  • Implement operational strategies to drive engagement with teams and guests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or more from an accredited university
  • 8-10 years of experience in contact center, financial services operations, or retail services
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a guest service-oriented or call center environment
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service center technologies
  • Able to work in rotational shifts across 24/7, preferably in US time zones
