Our ideal candidate will excel as a skilled Operations Manager who oversees the efficient management of the Front Office department. Ensuring seamless operations in line with industry standards, they will lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Effectively manage the registration process, inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details such as room rates and ensuring correct room selection.
  • Promotions & Programs: Promote hotel marketing initiatives, keeping guests informed about special programs and benefits.
  • Billing and Payments: Accurately process billing, handle guest payments, and address issues related to charges or foreign currency exchange.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, listen attentively, respond promptly, and provide accurate information on hotel services and amenities.
  • Complaint Resolution: Promptly address and resolve guest complaints, escalating when necessary and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a cooperative environment, contributing to team success through training sessions and sharing ideas for improved customer service.
  • Executive Floor & VIP Services: Manage VIP guest arrangements, including room preferences, amenity setups, and VIP gift menus.
  • Operational Communication: Work closely with departments (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, IT) to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Front Desk Systems & Policies: Optimize front desk systems usage, maintain rate integrity, adhere to cash handling procedures, and follow health and safety protocols.
  • Sales Opportunities: Maximize revenue through sales opportunities while maintaining ethical standards.
