We're seeking a seasoned Telecommunications Analytics Expert to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge analytical solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions that drive business value and inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Churn Modeling: Develop and deploy predictive models that identify at-risk customers and provide actionable insights for retention strategies.
  • Cross-Sector Analytics: Design and implement data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges across consumer and enterprise segments.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, network performance, and service delivery models to inform business strategy.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on advanced analytics and machine learning.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing production-grade enterprise-level churn modeling solutions.
  • Strong expertise in survival analysis, customer lifetime value (CLTV) analysis, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Proficiency in classical ML, deep learning models, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
