Senior Creative Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing high-impact designs that align with our brand objectives.

You will work closely with our marketing, content, and channels teams to deliver visually consistent assets that engage our audience. Your passion for illustrative design and typography will shine through in your work, and you will have the opportunity to present your ideas and justify your creative choices.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in graphic design principles, including composition, layout, and visual hierarchy. You should also be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, and have experience designing for web, print, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-impact designs for digital and print platforms that meet brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually consistent assets.
  • Present design concepts and justify creative choices.
  • E nsure all visual materials meet quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills:
  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
  • Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms.
  • Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
  • Experience in asset optimization for performance and speed.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms.
Bonus Skills:
  • Working knowledge of CorelDRAW.
  • Experience in basic motion.
  • UI design.
