Creative Leadership Role">

As a key figure in our creative team, you will drive innovative campaign development and deliver business results. With 3-5 years of experience in art direction and design, you will lead a team of designers to create visually stunning work that exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute creative concepts with copy partners under the direction of the Creative Director.
  • Develop ad designs and visualizations that capture audience attention.
  • Conceptualize ideas quickly and identify creative thinking towards big ideas.
  • Present big ideas to clients using various techniques and stay up-to-date on the latest design trends.
  • Lead the design team by example, ensuring brand tone and position are exemplified within the creative product.
  • Provide insightful, creative executions that positively impact clients' businesses.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the design team.
  • Act as a main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and possess good conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma from a reputed design school (added advantage).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, AE, Premier Pro, Midjourney / AI.
