Senior Visual Design Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Visual Design Strategist to spearhead our brand's creative vision and execution.
- Define the visual design language, develop brand guidelines, and lead a team while staying hands-on with high-quality design work.
- Conceptualize and oversee social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral that strengthen brand presence and drive business impact.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels, driving innovation and setting new creative benchmarks for the brand.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience in a creative ecosystem. They should possess complete knowledge of software & tools, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Brand Guideline Docs, Project Management Tools (Notion, Asana, Jira).
A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets is essential, along with basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects). The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate creativity, excellent communication, and collaboration skills, as well as a high emotional quotient.
