Lead Visual Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a vital role in bringing our brand vision to life through stunning visual assets.
About the Role
- Conceptualise and design captivating visual elements across digital and print formats.
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to execution.
- Translate brand guidelines into consistent, premium, and innovative visual outputs.
- Maintain a high standard of quality while adapting designs to feedback.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 1.5–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred).
- Familiarity with video editing using After Effects, Image editing using Illustrator & Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital-first design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc), Figma, and other design tools.
- Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with motion graphics/video editing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
