Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for users seeking assistance via various channels.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to Odessa, Platform Tools, and API/network connectivity.
- Configuration Changes: Perform configuration updates in Odessa to meet user requirements.
