Senior Mainframe and Legacy Transformation Lead

  • Portfolio Strategy and Growth:
    • Develop and maintain a differentiated portfolio of offerings that drive business value
    • Drive practice growth through innovative solutions and partnerships
  • Solution Development and Delivery:
    • Collaborate with other practices to develop winning solutions that meet client needs
    • Build a strong team of technologists and architects to bring practice technology thought leadership to solution development and implementation
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Create a strong value proposition for clients across the value chain
    • Partner with clients to drive transformation and implement new delivery models and ways of working in client organizations
  • Capability Development and Talent Management:
    • Spearhead demand forecasting and resource planning aligned to business requirements
    • Build and execute future-ready workforce strategies and drive fungibility or multi-skill approach within the practice
  • Innovation and Modernization:
    • Lead the evolution of the mainframe practice into hybrid/cloud and DevOps models
    • Evaluate and adopt emerging tools and technologies such as DevOps for mainframe, COBOL modernization, AI/ML for operations
