Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate communications and brand positioning strategy in the Indian market. This role requires strong experience in media relations, reputation management, and stakeholder storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, payments, or regulated industries.

  • Develop and lead Pay10's corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints
  • Drive reputation management efforts with a balance of storytelling, credibility, and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with India's top-tier business, technology, and fintech media
  • Drive positive coverage through press releases, features, media interviews, and authored articles
  • Manage CXO positioning through industry commentary, interviews, and speaker engagements

Requirements

  • Strong experience in media relations, reputation strategy, and stakeholder storytelling
  • Familiar with handling CXO visibility and founder-led narratives
  • Hands-on with ORM tools, sentiment tracking, and digital listening
