Job Title: Corporate Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as our Corporate Communications Coordinator.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Corporate Communication, with a focus on internal functional coordination, fleet management, and event logistics.

  • Internal Functional Coordination: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments (finance, legal, procurement) for documentation, approvals, and compliance. They will also track expenses, process payments, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Fleet Management: Our ideal candidate will have experience managing fleets, including vehicle registration, documentation, maintenance, and day-to-day scheduling and deployment. They will also oversee logistics for internal and external events, including bookings, travel coordination, material dispatch, and vendor support.
  • Event Logistics: The Corporate Communications Coordinator will be responsible for making travel arrangements, booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. They will also ensure that all transactions and documents are properly recorded and stored for future audit references.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with processing bills, tracking budgets, working with procurement, and onboarding vendors
  • 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistance or similar roles
  • Proficiency in finance tools, SAP, and MS Office
