Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive our corporate communication and brand positioning strategy.

This role combines narrative-building with hands-on execution, requiring strong relationships with India's top-tier media and ability to manage CXO positioning through industry commentary and interviews.

  • Develop and lead the company's corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints.
  • Drive reputation management efforts through storytelling, credibility, and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with business, technology, and fintech media.
  • Manage CXO positioning through industry commentary, interviews, and speaker engagements.

This role also involves leading online reputation management, branded IPs, sponsorships, content & asset development, collaboration & stakeholder alignment, and crisis communication planning and response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the company's corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market.

• Maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints.

• Drive reputation management efforts through storytelling, credibility, and compliance.

• Build strong relationships with business, technology, and fintech media.

• Manage CXO positioning through industry commentary, interviews, and speaker engagements.

• Lead online reputation management, branded IPs, sponsorships, content & asset development, collaboration & stakeholder alignment, and crisis communication planning and response.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management.

• Strong understanding of the Indian market and its business landscape.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media and CXOs.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful corporate communication and brand positioning strategies.

• Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
