Job Title: Financial Analyst

This is a key role in our organization, focusing on financial analysis and planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly schedules, performing GL reconciliations on a weekly basis, and analyzing balance sheet accounts on regular intervals.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in finance and accounting, with at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role with ERP experience. Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential for this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly schedules & GL recon on weekly basis
  • Analysis of all balance sheet accounts on regular intervals
  • Establish and GL checks across accounting norms, policies, & principles
  • Support in the monthly close in GL reconciliation, Trial balance review
  • Assist in review the of AR & AP balances with reclassification if required (Main GL vs Sub GL)
  • Expense tracking on fortnightly basis for Dept & major heads
  • Assist for Adhoc report preparation for corporate submission
  • Extensive support during statutory Quarterly & Full year Audits

Required Skills:

  • Masters degree in finance & accounting
  • At least 3-4yrs years' experience in a similar role with ERP experience
  • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Spirit of analysis with good financial knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet stringent deadlines
  • Preferably candidate with healthcare experience will be helpful
