About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our core team as a Generalist. The ideal candidate will work directly with the founder on driving business growth, building partnerships with schools and counselors, hiring the right talent, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnerships & Outreach
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, international counselors, and education partners.
    • Develop and execute strategies to set up B2B meetings, plan webinars, events, or info sessions with institutions.
  • Sales & Lead Management
    • Engage with inbound leads, explain services, and schedule consults to drive sales pipeline growth.
    • Track sales pipeline progress and collaborate with the founder to improve conversion strategies.
  • Hiring & Talent
    • Manage the hiring process, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding educators, counselors, and ops staff.
  • Business Operations
    • Oversee internal trackers for sales, hiring, and partnerships, ensuring seamless integration of these critical functions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with both students and professionals.
  • Highly organized and proactive, able to initiate tasks without supervision.
  • Passionate about international education, youth development, or EdTech sectors.
