Global Education Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Education Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad. This includes providing personalized advice, assisting with admission and visa applications, and ensuring high levels of student satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one consulting sessions (in-person or virtual) to assess student goals, background, and eligibility.
  • Advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.
  • Support students throughout the admission process - application filing, documentation, letters of recommendation, personal statements, and fee payments.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa process, including preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices when needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.
  • Attend training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency a must).
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
