Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage key strategic accounts across various domains.
  • The ideal candidate will have world-class account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within target accounts.
  • They will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed account profiles, including organisational charts, for all accounts to review by senior management on a quarterly basis.
  • Effective communication with clients and partners is crucial in addressing strategic and tactical issues facing our business.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technical developments, and governmental regulations that affect target markets is essential.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a technical field or equivalent experience/military background is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Solid exposure and experience handling Key Strategic customers across domains in North India is necessary.
What You Will Do:
  • You will meet with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-levels to present our value proposition.
  • Work closely with our systems engineers to design and position compelling solutions that drive down the total cost of ownership.
  • You will formulate strategic and tactical account plans based on periodic business reviews with your prospects and customers.
  • Conduct demand generation activities and technology forums to promote our products.
  • Collaborate with our team on marketing plans and best practices.
