
Partner Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Partner Development Specialist. This role is ideal for an experienced business development expert who can drive revenue growth, improve connectivity and collaboration between partner teams and branches.
Key Responsibilities- Bridging gaps in mandates with limited delivery bandwidth across partner branches by facilitating effective sales pitches and business development activities.
- Improving relationships with partner branches through regular engagement and supporting the delivery of mandates that partner teams cannot fulfill.
- Enhancing client acquisition and account management skills to drive revenue growth and expand existing revenue streams.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, recruitment, and customer relationship management in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and account management, with a good understanding of the recruitment delivery process.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle diverse stakeholders at mid to senior levels.
