We are a Global Supply Chain Intelligence SaaS company, headquartered in the US. Our mission is to build a single truth on global supply chains for various stakeholders.

We collect public and private data on global trade transactions, sanctioned parties, trade tariffs, ESG, and other events using proprietary algorithms. We analyze and process billions of data points (50Tb+) using technologies like Graph Databases, Vector Databases, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, NLP, and Machine Learning (LLMs) to provide end-to-end visibility on global supply chains.

  • Drive high-performing software engineering teams towards excellence.
  • Oversee project execution from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and goals are met.
  • Develop and implement engineering best practices, architecture decisions, and code quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback and career development support.
  • Participate in hiring processes to attract top engineering talent.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advocate for tool and technology adoption that improves team productivity and code quality.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of backend software development experience, with expertise in Python and Django.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in AWS.
  • Proven success managing projects in agile environments.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
