We are a state-of-the-art float glass plant located in Central Gujarat, with a capacity to produce 550 MT of clear glass per day.

Our team has set high quality benchmarks for clear glass production within India and globally. Our campus features an in-house Sand Beneficiation plant with a capacity to produce 600 tons of treated sand per day.

Our accomplishments include HR Excellence, WCM Silver Award, Emerald Award for CO2 reduction, and HPR certification from Xcel Catlin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operation and Maintenance of electrical systems, including switchyard, HT & LT switchgears, SF6, transformer, motors, EOT cranes, Battery & Battery charger, UPS, PCC, MCC, Plant lighting & PLC, Electro hydraulic grab, and crushing equipment.
  • Maintenance and operation knowledge in gensets, electrical Panels, Transformers, isolators and lightning arrestors.
  • Maintenance of Soft starters & Automation systems & Basic operations of PLC's and SCADA.
  • Troubleshooting of AC/DC machines, & Circuit Theory & earthing concepts.
  • Control systems & Automation systems
  • Protection and metering devices & systems
  • VFD & PLC applications
  • Encoders & feedback sensors
  • HV, MV & LV Power systems & equipments
  • Electrical generation & distribution system
Required Skills and Qualifications

Diploma - Electrical Engineering from reputed Engineering Institutions with Good Academic record, and 3-5 years Experience in Manufacturing / Process / Engg. Industry.

Key Skills include: Ability to deploy functional knowledge, Detail Orientation, Analytical Skills, Team Player, and Multi-cultural compatibility.
